1830-1920: Restoration and WWI

When we consider how long it took during the history of mankind for the gospel to be restored after a long age of apostacy, the restoration of the gospel in 1830 brought swift progress in the gathering of the Jews and the establishment of Zion. As Columbus had foreseen, Zion would be gathered and the Lord's work would go forth. This week we will look at the dedication of the Holy Land by Orson Hyde in 1841, Jewish migrations in Europe prior to WWI, and the beginnings of modern Israel.
